Default Notifications gone wild!

I know we are lacking a mod or owner at the moment, however, I've noticed notifications have slowed way down, not a big problem or totally surprising.

But, today Sinbad posted a couple of responses. I, of course, got them one after the other, in reverse order! Well, that was fine as I needed a chuckle!

Unfortunately, our moderator, CREWZIN, passed away a short while back. As far as I know, no one has as yet been able to contact the owner of the site.

This is why we have been having troubles with things such as no new members able to join the site, slow notifications, the problems with getting images to be posted, etc.

Don't give up on us yet, there are still a bunch of us around!

Found this on WhoIs:

Creation Date: 2001-01-03 T15:48:22Z
Registry Expiry Date: 2019-01-03 T15:48:22Z

Looks like we have until 3rd of January to sort something out or the domain will fall over

Wish I hadn't had to read it, but thanks. As one of us said, blessedly quick. If you gotta go, go like that...

RIP Crewzin ...

Someone should probably mirror the best stuff from the site, because to be honest, that january date could easily be the end of the road. Even if the domain is on auto renew, having software run on autopilot like this only goes for so long until some exploit goes unpatched long enough...
