Gonzo,
I have the PT apart now waiting for a new fan. Had to drain the radiator. Yes, that flimsy/rubbery pet-cock does need to turn more than 1/4 turn. Keep going and the water will start to drain straight down when it's opened. Take the radiator cap off for a better flow. ![]()
