Make your Cruiser sound like a GTO

Folks used to add glasspacks to the exhaust of V8's to make 'em sound loud, but to me it only sounded like noise.

Way expensive for a practical joke, but picture putting it into a mini cooper... then pulling up at a stop light where there is a cop car and perhaps a ricer... then rev the GTO sound several times with volume on high, and look back at the ricer with an annoyed look on your face...
