Default RED HOT California Cruiser wins BIG at show!
80 cars participated in the SEA CRUISE 3 PT Cruiser & Hot Rod Show held at Ocean Shores, WA., September 23-25, 2005. Sea Cruise is a volunteer driven event by the PT Cruiser Guild of Children's Hospital and Regional Medical Center. Proceeds from the event help improve the lives of literally hundreds of families with children in need. This year more than $17,000 was raised. My wife made and donated the SEA CRUISE 3 Quilt--"Giving Dreams"--which was raffled off. Cars came from four states and Canada--California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and B.C. A very customized Inferno Red Cruiser was driven all the way from Southern California and won three trophies--Best PT Cruiser, Furthest Traveled, and Best of Show. My car, the "Seamist Green CruzN Machine", won the trophy for Best Turbo. Also, two other cars from my club, the Puget Sound Cruisers, received trophies for Best Interior and Best Stock. It was a fun weekend! [8]

Great pics Gary, congrats on the best turbo win. Do you have any more pics of the blue ovr silver two-tone? Thats exactly what I was trying to picture in my head for my silver PT.

This car won the trophy for Best Lights (Night Light Show/"Show and Glow"). It has an after-market custom two-tone paint job paid for by the owner's insurance company after the car was "keyed". The car is in "like-new condition" and is one beautiful Cruiser. [^] The owner is a contractor from Idaho who uses his PT for business so all the MODS are "tax write-offs". [8D]

Thanx Gary, I like that subtle twist on the two-tone alot, kinda like a poor mans PTeazer. That almost looks like the new PT Marine Blue? But electric blue, viper red, graphite or seamist would look good with a silver bottom. Sorry for the threadjack.
