I'm almost certain that this has been asked before by someone but being new here and to PT Cruising[8D] I hope someone can help. Does anyone have any idea how to purchase items from Californiacruisers? They have the coolest bits but the worst sales options I've seen. I tried calling them but they simply don't answer their phone. They must be losing unknown piles of cash by not having a purchasing web site but don't seem to mind at all. Any ideas out there? Thanks

I've never tried to order anything from them, but I have heard on this forum and others that they are a good place to stay away from. There is nothing on their site that can't be found somewhere else, so that's what I would do - go somewhere else!

Bad, bad, bad, bad, bad customer service....like getting the money and taking forever to ship parts, shipping wrong parts and never able to get a hold of to straighten out. Unless you really, really, really gotta get it from them, I would go someplace else.

It's like they said above. Really bad customer service. I see your from California. I know it's a BIG state, but if you happen to be in driving distance of CC, than I've read where that's the way to go. Drop into their place of business and deal directly.

Iv'e done business with CC thats

Check with Maggie at Race and Street. SheÂ’s good people and will treat you right.

If she doesnÂ’t have it, she can get it and at a pretty decent price.

I've never found them all that enthusiast-friendly to the PT community either. Spend your bucks with someone who supports the PT community and we all benefit.
