I don't think many of us are complaining now. In fact,I think most of us are celebrating!
Does your fuel tax help pay the cost of health care or is it just used for roads and highways like it is here in the States?
Since we all buy crude oil for the same price, your added tax $$ must be paying for something substantial.

Espresso, I agree with you. Not every topic needs to turn political.
For most of us, the only effective place to voice our political views is when we're alone in the voting booth.

In NYC is around $3.50 regular still so most of you guys/gals got it good. I remember the days of 0.99 cent like few years ago so this is freaking #$&*@% for me

I remember when $4.00 could fill up your tank at 0.19 a gallon. I had to work 3 hours for that $4.00 too. I guess things are better now. These days I only have to work 1 hour in order to fill my tank!

We're still at $1.95 here in the Ozark Mountains.

Depending on which road you drive down in Newport News VA you will pay anything from $2.04 - $2.32.

I’m a pretty simple country boy but I can’t figure out why there is a .20 cent per gallon difference in 3 blocks.

The difference even appears in the same brand.

Cause the station with the higher price hopes you don't notice?

How come Pepsi is 1.19 for 2 liters in the supermarket, and 1.25 for 16 oz in the vending machine?

Just blame it on that old Invisible Hand.
