Default my car :(

i got into an accident about 2 months and i have two problems...
my first major problem is that my fan doesnt turn on so after awhile my car heats up..i took it back to the body shop where they fixed it and he said it was the relay and replaced it but like 3 weeks later the problem came back...my other is that i have a leak from my transmission i have to put in trasmission fluid like every 4-5 days...now could that accident have something to do wit my transmission problem or is it normal to have a transmission leak at around 54k???

Eric,

It's not normal to have a transmission leak at any milage. Take it back to the shop that fixed the car and tell them about both problems. If the fan still isn't working, then putting in a new relay didn't fix the whole problem and as far as the leak in the transmission, that could easily have been something that was missed during the inspection for broken parts after the accident as most times it's just a visual inspection and not a drive or engine test for deeper problems.

Welcome, Eric.
Agree (as usual) w/Crewzin. Get a sense of urgency - overheating isn't good and can cause other problems, like head gasket. Make sure tranny case doesn't have a crack.
ACT NOW!
