Default when to change Timing belt ?

I'm at 77000miles is it a good time to change the Timing belt?

1)how much$ for the belt? (part and labor?)
2)what other parts beside the belt should I change along?

Thx!

The '01 owner's manual calls for it at 120K.

I have a 2003 PT GT. A couple months ago I had the timing belt changed, water pump, radiator hoses, fan belt, flushed the radiator, serviced the tranny, new motor mounts, gave it a new battery and some fresh shoes at 103,000 miles. Runs like new, uses no oil, and I'm ready for another 100,000 miles.
