Tape marks will be painted under warrenty, I had mine painted 3 times. Doesn't matter how many miles are on it.

I personally don care about the tape make it's part of the history and that what makes the PT so special
 I did went to a good shop and they ask me to look for a new bumper cause they can fix it but they say it won't last cause of the location of the damage area now I'm looking for PT Cruiser Xenon "Crusher" rear Bumper Cover but this one seem like I need to keep the OEM cover...plz let me know if that true
