Default Cigarette plug not working

The cigarette ligher/plug in my '01 PT isn't working. Checked the fuse box but didn't see any burnt fuses. Any suggestions on where to begin?

The power outlets in the PT are all under one fuse. That fuse is #19 in the fuse box located in the engine compartment.

P.S. The pink colored fuses are all spare in case you need to hook up accessories. Both my Aooga Horn and undercar LEDs use power from those fuses.

The cigarette lighter/power outlet on the dash area needs to have the car key to the "on" position. I always have my cell charging through that, then car shuts off and so does juice to the plug.
I too have a '01 PT as well. I am not sure of the plug on the floor console.

My 2001 works exactly opposite. The power outlet in the dash area is ALWAYS ON, whereas the power outlet on the floor console is only hot with the ignition ON. [:I] Just went out to the garage to make sure, plugged the radar detector into the dash (without the key) and it lit up like a Christmas tree.
