Problem solved. Not a broken axle.He didn't tell me that he
bought new wheels and tires or I could have fixed his problem
right away. After hearing this. I asked him if he took off
the washers that are on the lugs from the factory. He said he never even noticed them.I told him that the factory wheels are beveled
in the back and wheel he bought aren't. Anyway I seen him last night
and he was so happy. He said he took off the washers and took it for a drive and it was smooth as ever.I told him he owes me 600 dollars. LOL LOL He said he loves his Cruiser again.

Definitely a happy ending...ofcourse you'll be picking up your pride for the next few days Afterwards you always seem to feel like a big bonehead for not knowing that in the first place...but I can guarantee you'll remember next time!
