The bezel goes great with a shorty Billet antenna. [8D]

I agree also.

Hi everyone,

I finally got a chrome antenna bezel. I appreciate the detail some of you provided in how to go about installing it. It saved me a lot of trouble. Thank you for sharing your expertise!

I also got a "shorty" billet antenna. I like it, but I have a question. The antenna "leans" toward the rear. Shouldn't it be completely vertical? I don't believe the antenna is bent. The "socket" and bezel seem to be causing the "leaning". Is this normal?

Comments? Suggestions?

No, not normal (see pics above). Take it apart again and straighten it out before tightening it down.

Or you can go to NAPA and get the socket that will work to remove the bezel for 8 bucks and always have it....
