Yeah. On my '05, I was anxious to get my BTG duals in and try them out. I noticed there was an oval opening above where the second pipe would go. I took a very large washer, tilted it to get it in the hole, put a long carriage bolt thru it, drilled a hole in the plastic, and pulled it up to clear the exhaust. I was going to cut the hole later, but never saw the need to. You could do that, then you wouldn't see the cutout.
