sway bars revisited...

Everyone,

First of all, many thanks to Ctown, Don and the others that have shared in diagnosing Ctown's dilemma with the sway bar. I am glad it got completely resolved! Information like this is very valuable.

Now for a couple of questions on the topic of sway bars:

1) Just how advantageous is a sway bar?

2) Which one should I get? Or does it matter?

3) For someone that doesn't have the tools or resources to "do it themselves" where (at what kind of shop) would you recommend having it done?

What year is your PT? All PTs had front & rear bars until '03 or '04 (I forget), but they all still have a front bar.
If you don't have a rear bar, you alos need a mounting kit - GET THE MOPAR MOUNTING KIT. $70 + shipping. email Tom Thift

for some bars - I went Suspension Techniques.
all you need are some wrenches and ramps to do it yourself.
If you choose not to - just go to local garage - ask people for who's a good mechanic.
