BAD PT Crusier day
I had a bad PT Crusier day. I put a hole in the el-cheap-o plastic radiator. That in turn caused me to blow a head gasket, ruin the cylinder head, lose the timing belt, and wear our a seperantine belt.
Lucky MOST was warrenty but it happened two weeks after the 36000 mile plan was up. I am back in action now after the dealer had the car for four weeks. Thanks Jeremy Bays

We LOVE our PTs, but they do have a Glass Jaw.
Keep in mind that the Radiator is just one weak point. A major automotive magazine managed to do big bucks engine damage after hitting a racoon with their test PT. The doomed critter (perhaps with a bit of Kharmic Payback) holed the oil filter (mounted in a vulnerable location) and the expert automotive journalists ignored the 'oil' light (and the temperature gauge) they finally realized something was seriously wrong when smoke started coming out from under the hood.
