If i recall right, there are 2 bulbs, one for low beams and one for highs, when in low beams, only one comes on, but when on high beams both come on. Do both bulbs come on when you turn it on? Or just high bulbs come on.

If fuse is good, bulbs are good, and you've replaced the switch, then it has to be wiring. Must be near the switch where wire's common, or else 1 side would work. [:I]

Ok guys, I finally got this mess fixed. Found out what was causing it was the wiring harness. It was just fried. It looks like it has shorted/got hot and melted some of the plastic...and then it got brittle and the wires were not making a connection. How did I solve this? I contacted the dealer and needless to say my solution was a lot easier. they wanted to charge over 250 dollars including labor to replace this. I took a quarter, wrapped it in electrical tape, and put it in between the two pieces of plastic. This made the harness tight again and the contacts worked again. Needless to say, my repair cost 25 cents instead of 250.00. Now the airbag light is coming on. My Scion tC is on its way, so can't wait to trade this stupid car.

Good show!
Hey, who was it who said it must be wiring?
You were fairly lucky, those harnesses are nasty to find individual wires in!
Hey, what state quarter did you use? [)]
