Default Tools required for brake change?

Hi All,

I've decided to change the brake pads and rotors on my wife's '04 Cruiser, instead of being raped by the dealership.

Just wondering what tools are needed for these cars? I've got some special tools for doing my GM cars and most of the sockets from my kit (I keep losing the 10mm sockets though), is there anything "special" that I need to get the calipers off the PT?

Thanks,
Scott

Nothing that I would call special. I used a C clamp and a piece of wood to compress the cylinder back.

Calipers come off pretty easy, a couple of bolts. Just watch out how the parts come off and lay the pads down so you can match them up with the new ones. Have a bungy cord or another way of keeping the caliper secure while your changing rotors, don't let it hang by the cord.
