speedo change
anyone know if the speedo can be recalibrated if tire size is changed and if so how is it done

isnt it a different gear needs to be used ?? speedo cable or in the tranny ??[:I]

I have heard that the tire/wheel size can be reprogrammed to 15, 16, 17, the sizes that go on the stock PT's. I don't know if the dealer can/will do it. You can ask.

[8]Suprised you don't know the answer to your own question. The speedo is fully electronic and it can be recalibrated up to a point...A shop that repairs speedos might be able to help you but most likely you will need to go to the dealer and have it reflashed.....[B)]
