Removing head liner?

I discovered that I have an annoying rattle coming from my headliner rattling against my roof, anyone know how to remove headliner to put some insillation between them? Gary

TAKING OFF THE HEADLINER IS VERY SIMPLE. the pillars up by the front windshield take those off then just start unbolting them

hey gary, i had the same problem !! had dealership do it, car was still covered, there is a piece of foam or plastic up there the glue lets go and you get the rattle i chased the noise for weeks finally my youngest daughter says to me dad you going crazy the noise is up here near the roof ( i was outside looking in the wheel wells lol
