Default Modelling a PTGT but ratio looks strange

hi everyone, i found out this forum is the best place to ask all you PT fans

i have been modelling a PT cruiser GT recently, and so far i have a problem on its raito, from my opinion it looks a little bit chubby.

here have a look please:

<img src="http://i9.tinypic.com/47vtguh.jpg">

<img src="http://i18.tinypic.com/47x76g6.jpg">

<img src="http://i5.tinypic.com/2ih54wj.jpg">

<img src="http://i7.tinypic.com/479ud0o.jpg">

so as u can see its not finished yet, like the missing wipers :P, but for now i want to pay more attention at the ratio. and can anyone tell me if the ratio of this PT looks good? (still i really think its a lil chubby, but dont trust me, tell me what you think)

oh...also i dont have a PT, so any opinions/comments will be great .
thank you

That's very cool! I don't think the proportions look bad at all, but I do think the wheels appear to be out a bit far.

Oh, and why the '06 and newer front end? The '05 and earlier is a nicer, more integrated shape.

Your front end is too flat. Take a look at a PT from the top, the bumper has more of an arc. And the bottom of the upper grille has too much of an arc. And the area below the bumper is set just a hair too far back under the car. Other than that, great work! If you mirror image this pic, it is almost the same angle as your last model pic, you can see what I mean....

How come "The People" in the First Amendment means The People; "the People" in the Fourth Amendment means The People; but "the People" in the Second Amendment (ratified in 1791) means the National Guard (created by an Act of Congress in 1903)?

thanks for the reply.... its been a long time, i was working on something else in the last couple days
so finally i did some minor adjustments (that u might not even notice-__-lol) here i made a 360 view, please have a look,

http://f20.aaa.livedoor.jp/~cgbeta/arrowfromhk/pt1.html

(u will need flash player to play the SWF movie, its just a 360 showcase)
and i m pretty sure this is the final shape. i meant if you think this model match the real PTGT 80% or more, i would just leave it for now, but still please give me a comment. i will keep it in mind until i do the next adjustment

and the other thing, i found some other PT fansdoing the same thing too, they sure did a nice job, some are really good....better than me :P
like this ones:
http://www.3dexport.com/details.php?...59&mode=search
http://www.turbosquid.com/FullPrevie....cfm/ID/215660

some others too:
http://www.turbosquid.com/Search/Ind...Key=pt+cruiser

well too bad most of them dont have neat interrior, it is still part of the car. other than that, they all good

again, if you think this model match the real PTGT 80% or more, i would just leave it for now, but still please give me a comment. i will keep it in mind until i do the next adjustment

one last thing i have to ask,
SR-PT4
bobs turbo pt
Victoria
bababooie
do you want me to give you credit? likely i may just put your name under the pictures in my gallery, you can post here, pm or email me for that.

thank you very much
