Default Chrysler Sell out???

So I guess its official, I heard on the news today that GM was talking about dropping its most unprofitable division. Chrysler is said to be sold to another company, hence the body style changes.

What happen?? [:I]

What does GM have to do with Chrysler?
Chrysler is a division of Daimler.

That's what I was wondering also. Inquiring minds want to know.

I don't know maybe I heard wrong on the news this mourning but......
All I know is that it mentioned something about GM making something more similiar to the Chevy Suburban (which they have the GM Yukon??) and then they talked about Chrysler selling out, I thought they were refering to GM buying Daimlers division of the Chrysler.

It was on the Bloomberg business report from my local channel.

I will have to read this still

GM has nothing to do with the Crysler brand...

so you're saying GM is gonna merge with crysler? I doubt that would happen. Not too long ago GM was talking about a merger with Ford. That obviously never panned out. GM is in much bigger trouble financially than diamler crysler.

GM and Crysler is gonna build an SUV??? why would they just do one vehicle? And it would make sense that they would focus on SUV's, since SUV sales are on a decline and the big 3's dependence on SUV sales is what got them where they are now.

lets hope that doesnt happen...

the last thing GM needs is MORE overhead. GM should be axing Buick... not ADDING more brands!!
