Default Suddenly - no fresh air

Suddenly I no longer get cool fresh outside air from my dash vents - only warm/hot air. What happened? [:I] How can I get my cool back? This is in my 2002 PT

umm, either turn the temp control to the blue side, or move somewhere that is cooler than where you are now?[:I]

How come "The People" in the First Amendment means The People; "the People" in the Fourth Amendment means The People; but "the People" in the Second Amendment (ratified in 1791) means the National Guard (created by an Act of Congress in 1903)?

Not a pro here but this could be your problem. Is there a button/knob that has "re-circulate/fresh air"? Put it on "fresh air".

[8D] I have the knob switched to outside air and the heat control set off the red zone. As I wrote I was getting unheated outside air out of the dash vents and then for some reason that changed to heated air on the same settings.

Welcome to the Forum Red Octopus[^] [^]!!!!

In your control you have a "Flipper" valve that rotates 180 degrees that changes the air control. For some reason your valve is sticking, try rotating the "dial" slowly and see if it is sticking. I know mine hesitates at a certain spot, but if I continue twisting it, is moves past that.

I have a '06 and now that I know the reason I just move it to the spot and then a little more. I know that the above is not a FIX, but try that.
