Default Front License Plate

IF I could think of one single thing that would take away from the "LOOK" of the Cruiser, it would be that awefull front license plate. I'm taking it off and taking my chances, Even though it is a law in my state. turbomangt

try a custom size plate, with legal size numbers.
Or why not adhesive numbers right on the bumper ? Some of us here in France try to cheat with plate size, colour and character style...sometimes it works, sometimes it s worth a ticket. You never know, so just try !
Keep in mind that you 're lucky to have aesthetic plates: did you ever see those ugly european plates ?<img src=icon_smile_dissapprove.gif border=0 align=middle>

Colorado requires a front plate but I have never put one on. Don't like the looks and I'll take my chances.

I clip mine to the passenger side visor. Works for me.

I don't have one on mine and will take my punishment if stopped. I think the car looks a lot cleaner without it.

I hate the front plate as well, makes the PT look "Buck Toothed" But as I look at the Kruzr bracket it is growing on me.. Just a thought...

<img src=icon_smile_cool.gif border=0 align=middle>There are several companies selling under bumper tag mounts. I installed one BEFORE the dealer drilled holes to install the factory tag mount. It really cleans up the front end, go for it Bosch!

Although they are a good alternative, I don't personally care for the under bumper bracket. It relocates the plate under the bumber, obscuring either the lower grille opening or the fog light/vent opening. So, I'll just be the rebel I am and refuse to install a front plate
