Winter and car not starting

Ok, im just wondering if it is just me or what, but im in college now and my car sits on a parking lot out in the cold. It was about 7 days or so since it had be driven and the thing wont start. And the battery is not dead cause the lights are on still. Does anyone know what my problem is.

Just because your lights are still on, doesn't mean your battery is charged enough to start the car. The starter takes a LOT more juice to turn over than your lights. I would believe that if you jump started the PT, it would start right up.

no i still havent been out to it, but im going to get it jumped tomarrow before i go home for the weekend from college. Hopefully it will start.
