Has any one seen one of these befor? or is this new friend making up storys? im going to gofor the drive on my next day off to see for myself, and I will be taking my camera, if its true, i'll take a few pics for the form.[?]

the only v6 I have seen is one that Mother's Wax built. No turbo. Maybe someone was able to put a turbo on one too but I don't see where they would have put it.

From all I have read there will be NO V-6 for the PTC, at least not until the redesign, projected for the 2006 model year. It is my understanding that D/C considered a V-6 but decided upon the 2.4L turbo because in order to get a V-6 to fit under the PT hood major redesign work was needed which would have compromised the the PT's retro-modern styling which has made the PTC so popular.

Camster,
Your friend might have seen a V6 Turbo, but it's not from Chrysler. Anything is possible with the ole mighty dollar as you can see by this Hemi 440 stuffed under the hood.

Kammler68, Definately not mine
![]() GTCamster, Your right. Hemi's do have the plugs thru the middle of the valve cover (I knew that...just wasn't thinking) Took the picture from another site and added the word "Hemi". It did say it was a 440. Chrysler did "STUFF" a Viper V10 into a modified version of a PT truck. Take a look: ![]() ![]()
