Don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but maybe som epoeple should look for it. I was looking to buy the chrome hatch lift sleeves for my car and realized that my lifts were installed wrong way up. It caused the hatch to open rough, and made it hard to shut, there is a little arrow on the strut that will point down if it is installed right.
