Default Headlights flickering when brakes depressed?

I found this complaint someone put in on the NHTSA web site. I have had the same problem, but I thought it was just me. Anyone else had this? It's justa split-second flickerof the lights, but curious.:

Make : CHRYSLER Model : PT CRUISER Year : 2003
Crash : No Fire : No Number of Injuries: 0
ODI ID Number : 10004035 Date of Failure: November 26, 2002
Component: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Summary:
WHEN CONSUMER BRAKES, THE HEADLIGHTS WOULD FLICKER. THIS CAUSES A DISTRACTION AT NIGHT TIME. DEALER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED. PH THIS ALSO OCCURED WHEN WINDOW SWITCH AND AUTO DOOR LOCKS WERE ENGAGED. DEALER CHECKED WIRING TO PCM, ALLG ROUNDS AND ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS. NOTHING FOUND. *TT

Mine does this, as well as a host of other problems.
I think i either got a lemon, or just have sheer dumb bad luck. [|)]

You both seem to have the same problem and both have a 2003. It sure doesn't sound right to me. Has anyone been back to the dealer and shown them the flickering? The only time I've seen that was with my son's old 67 Mustang with wiring that would break if you bend it. New cars should not have this kind of problem. Let us know when the problem is found and what the cause was.

I will be notifing the dealer when it goes in for the suspension clunking, and the throw out bearing/clutch assembly *again* which will be sometime very soon.
All i have to say is i will be VERY upset if they have it when I am supposed to be heading down to Meet Me in St. Louis on Rt. 66 cruise [xx(]
