I have an 2002 Classic with 34k miles on it, have a 35 mile one way commute. I've also had major surgery on my upper back. Driving the the Cruiser never causes me any problems.

graciesdads.
Glad you're asking this question here.
Pt's are non-descriptive. (or should I say All-descriptive)
They are everything you could want them to be, and everyone here loves their Cruiser's, some enjoy theirs enough to put up their own website to show off thier cars.
Now go to the Sable website and see what they think....oh wait, I don't think they like them enough to have a website, hummmm.

[?]still braggin'

graciesdads.
My wife has a 2001 Sable LS, The seats in the PT are better for long drives. We always take the PT. Good Luck

The PT is a more utility based car than the Sable. You can even carry all that junk the kids need to take to school, swim lessons and parks...

The PT is the better choice.

My 1st PT was a Limited 01 model. Three weeks ago I traded it in for the 03 GT PT. and when two or more years come I`ll trade that one in for whatever new PT they have at that time. It`s a great car and you won`t regret getting one. Just my 2 cents

I don't know about Mercurys, but PTs have a 7/70 warranty. Check to make sure it's transferable. You have room for price discussion. For $15k you can get a brand new base PT.
It gets the usual thumbs up for utility, driving position, and "coolness"......But you'll hear that from everyone here!!!!

Oh, I don't know...you seem to be kinda YOUNG for a PT. 40 is on the low side of the average, you know.

Go ahead, get the PT and 'enjoy' that daily drive routine....but understand a big Grin [8D] and an attitude comes with it.
