Yeah I know, most of you can't believe I'm bringing up "The Mod" again, but I know that some of the PT owners out there have ordered a set or two from Gary or the guy who makes 'em, and are as pleased as I am with them, so I gotta mention this...

I love the way they look on the hood of my PT, catches the eye. I wanted to drive around with them, just to show off a little, but the magnets weren't strong enough. There's a science/surplus store in the neighborhood, where I got round magnets that fit perfectly in the "exhaust" holes. When you double them up, two per hole, the mod holds alot more firmly. When "cruising" at 50mph, they won't blow off, even after the rain we got today. However, that's with them on the hood. I didn't try them on the side.

I was looking for parking at the theatre today, turned the corner, and a couple of girls in the oncoming car saw my PT. It was still raining so everyone had their windows up, but I could see the driver pointing and mouthing, "That's coooool!!! P.T. Cruiser!!!"
