Default Detailing my PT Cruiser

My Cruiser is now one year old and I want to keep it looking great. Some people have suggested a full detail (hand wax, steam clean engine, full interior cleaning etc.) and others have said a lesser detail is appropriate (spray wax, no engine cleaning, full interior cleaning).
What do you think?

A well cared for PT is a happy PT and a happy owner. Go all out, if it needs it. But remember, the person you need to please the most is you! My 2 cents.

KSG, you should check out the home page and look for "detailing tips" also my web site is loaded with info >www.perfectautofinish.com
spray wax offers almost no protection at all, its gone in a couple if days. It would be fine if you seldom drove your car, and trailored it to shows. If you have leather seats, they should be conditioned 4-5 times a year to prevent drying out and cracking. The engine is easy to keep clean if you stay on top of it. The longer you let it go, the harder it is to clean. (Crewzin, show us your engine!) The finish needs proper protection to ensure lasting beauty and to preserve the shine. contact me through my web site if you need specific help as to application and products to use. Gary
