Thought I'd follow up on this: Part got here in three days, they replaced Prudence's steering gear [part number on invoice was: 19000105 Gear Assembly, Power Steering-Replace] in less than a day's time, and no more noise...all covered under warranty, so: "Get thee to the Dealer!" It's possible you'll have to jump through the "lube it and wait" hoops, but they will inevitably fix it. I didn't even have to give the TSB numbers. They know what's wrong...they just hope you'll go away the first time

Actually, that's probably the number of the procedure: there is a notation further down the invoice for "Part #: 5101849AA"
