Default DEPRESSING WEEK
This was not my week, I just loaded up my car for a cruise night last wed. I got a call from some people that wanted to buy some of my detail products, so I loaded the car and headed out. Got to the parking lot, was at a stop sign, couldn't make the turn, so I backed up and guess what was behind me? another car. I had the tunes blasting, didn't look behind me and now I have some damage on my rear end. The other owner was understanding, as he could see I was sick to my stomach. This was a stupid mistake I made, we live and learn I guess. [xx(]

Sorry to hear of your accident, turbomangt. It always hurts more when you know you could have prevented it. Hope your car is fixed soon and once again has that perfect auto finish.

Sorry to hear that, you couldn't make the turn? Did it have anything to do with the wide turn radius of the PT?

DOH![:0] Don't feel bad, Gary, I was even "dumber-er" last winter when I had rear end damage FROM A LAMP POLE! Yup, backed into one when parrallell parking at work. Lots of snow so I couldn't see/feel the curb, or at least thats what I tell people (excuses, excuses.) Anyway, if I had turned the steering wheel a little more, only the bumper would have been bumped. A small dent the size of my big toe just below the right taillight cost me $400 bucks to get fixed. It's times like these we forget that our PTs aren't living tissue and cannot heal themselves, no matter how much much we love 'em. Would be pretty cool though, but we'll save that for the next Terminator movie...
