ps on my drive experence... I also counted pt's on my road trip... 36 on the trip up to nj... 50 on the way home to florida... plus there were at least 3 in my mom's neighborhood and I counted over 30 while visiting... btw the most colors I saw were black & red and only 3 woodies the entire trip... ptcruizerman

Check this out..... Get a clothes clip from a 'tool supply' and when you put your seat belt on, PULL the seat belt away from your shoulder or stomach, about 2-3 inches, then put the 'Clip" on the seat belt by the a-pilar and you'll have some breathing room or not feel so 'Strapped" in, but have just a tad of slack in the seat belt. Make sure you purchase the ones with some sort of rubber or??? so your seat belt won't get scared or snagged, I've done this eveery time I get into my truck,4runner, and Now my PT Turbo.....not so rough on your stomach, shoulder, legs, and your back will thank you from not being jarred with every little bump, Try it, You'll like it, Stew

Ride on Daniel,
the seat belt 'LOCKS' when you step on the brakes, gravity sensitive seat belt system, but just 1-3 inches of 'play/slack' in the seat belt, just makes me feel weel secured and NOT strapped in so tight.I even carry my little 'clip' with me when I ride in someone eles's car, now they're all having them too, for under a buck a piece their well worth it, and to me comfort behind the wheel is #1, then #2 is performance, #3 is style, in that order,.....How about you?? Stew

My wife and I comment on how smooth our 2003 cruiser rides. For a small car it is very smooth riding. Maybe we just got lucky, but we couldn't be happier.

hey stew
I agree except 1st thing is reliability
2nd is comfort (to old not to have that)
3rd is style for me (still like to be cool) and 4th is perfomance (again to old to do wheelies). The bottom line is I love my PT and it fits all the above!

The lap belt does tighten up, never had that before on a car.

Anyone else notice that?
