The turbo diesel engine has been offered in the Export PT's since the 2002 model year. The Street Cruiser series, the counterpart of the Dream series, uses the turbo diesel, although the Street Cruiser series 3 is rumored to have the 2.4 L turbo gas engine.

The woodchipper PT conversion has caused many misgivings among PT owners, since there were disparaging comments made about the PT in the show.

Using Java is one software solution of developing/implementing the Bluetooth technology. Although Chrysler's version states it cannot communicate with your network, in theory, any bluetooth control terminal should be able to talk to and control many bluetooth devices. The basic problem is since it is wireless, security verification and privacy of the signals transmitted are or will be a constant concern. Think of it like a USB or Firewire device, just plug and play (pray?).

The Graz EuroStar Plant was been sold to Magna Steyr over a year ago (early 2002)and PT production for all varients are at the Toluca factory.

Punch, this is all interesting stuff for sure. It would be cool to try out one of those diesels esp. with a built in wood-chipper! Just Imagine!!!
