Hey everyone . . . I had an idea today and I'd like your input on it.

What if we could organize links to different threads so that new members could easily find helpful information. For instance, we could collect all the links to sway bar info under one thread called "SWAY BAR INFO". Maybe we could even have Jody make the thread a sicky so it is always on top.

Just an idea. What do you think? Any other ideas?

True, search does the same thing but many times you have to sift through a ton of info to get what you want. if we organized the threads, we could have specific info like 1. links to vendors 2. part numbers 2. pics of installs 3. reviews

Maybe I'm just being compulsive. We can just leave it alone if that's the case.

No, don't ever listen to me, I'm seldom correct.

I thought we should have a FAQ section, and an How-to section.

the how-to section would include pictures etc... and we could vote on the correct way to do an install and make those installs stickys, and the other installs open to discusion?

Punch, that's a good idea. That way, we could make sure the info is solid. It's something we could work on together.

As far as installs, faq's, and guides, there already is an excellent site for that already: PT Do-It-Yourself, http://www.ptdoityourself.net/

Search function is fine, or create an archive section for topics of merit (if it gets too big, one would still need to use a search instead of wading through pages of posts).
