Gary:

Sorry to hear about your bird. Seems to me like you've had your fair share of trouble lately. I hope things have worked out for your hood though.

BTW, as soon as you get your Christmas package together, I'm ready to order. Do you sell a detail spray? Thanks.

Steve

Steve, funny you should ask, I working on getting a product that will keep my sealant looking fresh. Even though it gives maximum protection, I think somnething to "freshin" it up after a bath would enhance the beauty. I should have it in about 2 weeks, I will post when it comes in. Things have worked out with the hood, thanks. I know things will work out with the birdie also, some things just have to work their way through. Gary

I was wondering about the detail spray. Since it is sprayed on and wiped off does it remove the wax or sealant already on the car. I'm assuming that the detail spray is some kind of diluted wax with a cleaner added. The last detail spray I used was Mothers and it worked great although I don't want to use something that will remove my hard work (sealant). Thank for the help once again.

Steve

QD as it is called, should not remove any protection on the finish, be it wax or sealer. (mostly water) But what I'm putting together will compliment my sealer, it will work with it, enhance the shine. As long as you stay away from harsh car wash facilities, you will be fine. some of them have the chemicals turned up so high it can remove the paint. but your car will be clean. Gary

I had a hose ordered for mine as the rack didn't fix it either.
