Default ebay and what to do?

sold a few things on ebay,

1. car stearo from 98 dodge dakota, left my house in working order, arrived dead?

2. v6 TB for dakota, left my house never arrived?

now the buyers want some recourse, which i understand, but what about my loss? if we ship the radio back to me, then i have to pay for shipping...

damn, makes me think twice about selling on ebay....

Ditto what Black04Turbo said! Plus, I'd pay the shipping and have the stereo shipped back, once received refund his money. Check with the shipping company on the v6 TB to confirm if they delivered or not.

Correct me if Im wrong...but if the buyer pays shipping it's their problem as soon as you drop it off at the PO right? FOB shipping, I believe is teh term.
Did you offer insurance? If you did, he's SOL b/c he didnt get it. If its with UPS they include it in the shipping cost and he should call them up and file a claim. Email them and let them know whats going on b/c if you ignore them, theyll get pissed and give you negative feedback...

Are you sure that he is hooking up the radio correctly?
