The worst part:
1.M-R = finals
2.M-F = 4 10 hour days to make 40
3.F = 4 wisdom teeth pulled
4. Coming home with a blood filled stomach to find out your baby was towed becuase it was parked on the grass and had been there in excess of 24 hours.

I suppose they wanted me to drive the car around drugged up to high hell.

Well by 2am the car is back in my hands, there are two nicely placed trenches in the grass from a nice little burnout I got when I returned home, and MOST thankfully they towed it using a flatbed so my front end has been saved.

Im out $85 though.

The cops that were called out told me I could sue. I was like: Look where your standing. A trailer park. Do you think we have a chest of money under our beds? We dont CHOOSE to live here. I work a FT job, and go to school FT...WHEN exactly do I have teh time to go to court.

Argh. Im ranting. I apologize. [V]

I'd like to think they had no idea of your situation - I'm guessing there was no alternative in where to park?

Hind sight is always 20/20 but..
you probably could've avoided the whole situation buy leaving a note with the reason for leaving it there and a phone number.
Sucks that you're our $85 but at least they didn't damage the car.

Venting is fun

I just put two signs on the PT. One in the front window and one in the back window saying the PT was towed by the name and location of the park with no notice. It makes me feel better in the least.

IRPT: I was saying that the whole way. The other guy in my area got his car towed with those POS ones that drag the front.

Im also glad my tires are bald as well. I havent rotated them since the track so it must have slid up the ramp fairly easily w/o turning the engine. Whew! Laziness was on my side [:X]

I live with my dad, and previously I lived on my own.

Whats wrong with a college student enjoying her hard earned money on her hobby? Unlike most kids my age, Im not mommy or daddy powered. I work FT and have made deans list the past 4 semesters at the University of North Florida. If I was 30 raising kids in this place Id have to agree with you, but why spend 700 a month living in an apartment when I can keep my divorced father company and spend the extra cash on my car.

nothing at all saki, i tend to speak my mind, nothing personal, take it from me, save some of that cash, when i was 20 i had a chance to buy a condo cheap, I got scared and didn't sign the deal, well today that condo would be paid off, and worth almost twice the original price.

trust me save some of that hard earned cash so you don't have to live in a trailer park..
