Default Help on replacing bulbs in fog lights

Has anyone done this? I checked PT DIY and they didn't have instructions for just replacing the bulbs. Do I have to pull the whole assembly out? Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Remove the screws on the inner fender panel. I took 3 out. Then pull the inner panel back enough to get your hand up to the bulb. Or if you prefer you can take the front wheel off and take the inner panel most of the way off to make it easier. Good luck
