I don't think that SRT exhaust was OEM. I think the OEM splits into a Y FROM the main pipe[:I] not a T[:I] That kinda/sorta looked like 3" piping under there didn't it? Maybe my wishful thinking?

Here is some pictures the first one has our new dual exhaust. It may be a little loud, but I will have to decide later if we want to add the resonator or not. [|)]

Timmy C, exhaust looks good. BTW, you can delete a post, just look at the icons above the post, best thing to do if you have an accidental double post.

Speaking of exhaust, sometime in the future i plan on replacing mine. What would be a good replacement that wont make my car sound like a pissed off hornet(rice rocket)? also headers, 4-2-1 or the 4-1 combo?

TIMMAY!

Nice car!

Jax: I hope I am wrong, but I do not think we will find a header for the turbo since the turbine and exhause manifold are one assembly.

Saki: Agreed, two pipes, two cats = dual. Anything else is just forked.

I wonder if splitting the exhaust hinders performance.
Since you are adding more length and bends before the muffler, you are probably increasing backpressure.
Since you are effectively doubling the pipe diameter by splitting it, the exhaust may exit at a slower velocity; this could be better at the top end, not so much for the bottom end.

Or, the differences may be negligible. Any experts care to comment?

Here are some more pictures of the exhaust. The last picture is the Magnaflow double wall stainless steel tip.
