Default anyone ever used this fuel saver thingy?

Every so often, I get an email ad about FuelSaverPro - A little device that snaps over the fuel line and is guaranteed to save fuel, improve power, improve torque, etc. etc.

Does anyone know anything about this? Is it of any value?

I think they forgot that it also cures cancer...
"Operates on the principle of RESONANCE, utilizing a double chamber frequency with phased frequency modulation." - It's just 2 magnets - how are they going to do that? There's no electric hook-up, right? I think you'd do as well parking your car under a pyramid.

Hang a pair of fuzzy dice over your mirror and you will save as much fuel, receive the same improved power and torque.

OK, OK, I had a feeling it was one of those magic bullets. Just thought I'd ask the experts...
