you can complain to the dealer all you want if it is not happening at that time they will not most likely replace anything. all that will do is make you a pain in the a$$ to them.

I have to agree with the folks that are saying it's normal.This is something that is a pain but happens in most cars. Stick shifts seem to be more prone to it. If moving the stering wheel does the trick there isn't much you can do about it. If moving the key in and out works you have a bad clyinder or key. The way to handle it is tell the dealer to make a new key and if he refuses tell him he and Chrysler will never hear the end of it if you get stuck somewhere. That should get him to cut a new key
