hang in there, they are just trying to wear you down. they are probably keeping count on the number of times you say NO, hoping that you will run out soon.
isn't it ironic, that if they put this much effort in trying to keep any of their customers happy, they would be a terrific dealer. but as it is, they are putting all of their energies into the "dark side of the force"
best of luck and don't let the b#st#rds wear you down.

Time = money.

In the time the dealer had your $3,000, I turned 3,000 of my dollars into $4130. I wonder what your dealer turned your money into for himself?

Also, get the BBB and the like involved. If there were other complaints and habitual fraud is revealed, there will be problems for the dealer.

What the dealer is doing to you is fraud and theft, no different than a con artist. It is illegal.

Personally, I would have said "Let me see that" <point to the paperwork I signed> and just rip it up right there.

Did you write a check or use a credit card for the down payment? Get the issuing bank involved to see if they can do anything for you (credit card companies are better at that--one reason why I use a card all the time).

Keep a log of names, dates, and times (you should have been keeping that all along). Take it with you. Tell the dealer that you are calling the police (while you are at the dealer) to report theft and fraud and proceed to call them. Whether the police can actually do anything legally or not is irrelevant, they will not want a scene and the police will "encourage" the dealer to comply in order to get the dispute resolved and avoid any potential problems.

Also, that is the means to work your way up the chain--little peon sales boy does not want to be responsible for letting a big hoop-de-doo happen on the job, he'll pass the buck.

Light some fires, man. People only respect power, get as much as you can and abuse it relentlessly. (That tactic has been working for your dealer, now hasn't it?)

Simple question: If you took delivery, then why are you not driving the f*****g car?

Well.....,just got back from the Stealer, they said,'have you heard from our attys yet?' I said come on, you know I'm here to just get an envelope with my refund in it, they told me I should be recieving something any day now.

I would have walked out right then, and said you will let your lawyer know about this.

nothing more.

They should have Internet access. I actually sat right down in front of a dealer's computer and started using it to look something up on Chrysler's site. haha, I had to configure IE too...I cannot believe they never even used it.

He is making the case, have him show this warranty to you in black and white, for the oneous is on him to prove it.

. I just spent 20 minutes editing, cause I seemed to waste someones 'precious time'. Yeah this is a joke, It's so funny that I don't know what to do[:I]

I'd explain a bit more, but since I just got 'served' papers from their attys, for the balance DUE, ON A FRICKEN VEHICLE I NEVER TOOK DELIVERY OF, or TAKEN HOME. Maybe I should have them pay the fine for installing the illegal parts, I believe it's somewhere around $27,500.00.

Whoever feels dummer for reading this, you probably ARE. This is NO JOKE, if you can't seem to advise, or help, please don't read, it's your fault, I don't control you, nor will I try, I do believe YOU can control your own computer.

And to those that have given kind and good advise, Thank You.

After this is resolved, I'll respond. Thanx again.........Stew

Oh man, you got served. You have yet to explain the paperwork that you signed. It is not open to interpretation, either you are in the right or completely in the wrong.

They were patient with you because they charged you so damn much for the car, and they waited until CY 04 for tax purposes.
