We will have a MOBILE CAR WASH that will be on site both Friday and Saturday so you do not have to go all over town looking for a car wash. Make your reservation NOW as this thing is really starting to take off. The deadline for early registration is the 27th of FEBRUARY, and that day will be here sooner thank you think.

BigPhil3232 - Tried to book room at Marriott - they say the $69 rooms are not available after memtioning the code. Are there going to be more rooms available or are we going to have to pay the higher price of $159 for Friday night and $89 for Saturday night??? Please advise so I can do registration before the 27th deadline.

I sent you an email with instructions and an apology. Now for a public reply: I'm sorry you had a problem, but the Marriott people were incorrect. I just got confirmation that there are still at least 20 rooms available at the special $69 rate. If we use those up, we can get more.

To anyone else having a similar problem, just email me and I will get it corrected.

No problem...I know there is a group of about 25 Cruisers coming from Houston. If you are not part of that group and would like to cruise to Dallas with them, let me know and I will send you some email addresses. Steve Mcswain here. I am in charge of the rooms for the Texas Expo 04 event.

As of right now the room rate of $69.00 is still available. This is a $150 plus per night, full service marriott. The room rate is what I would expect to pay at a fairfield Inn!! So far we have been able to get more rooms at that rate as needed. each time we are warned that we may not be able to get anymore beyond the extension. We have over 80 rooms booked and the number is climbing. Please reserve your room ASAP as I cannot guarantee the rate being extended.

You must ask for "The Big D Cruiser Car Show" rate.

IF you are told that the rate is not available call me on my Cell so I can try to extend the block of rooms. If you have to leave a message, please give me your name and a phone number to contact you.
