Great Customer Service from Moss Motors!

I know many companies provide good customer service to us PT owners, but Moss Moters has gone above the norm and I would like to point it out.

To make a long story short, I am having a problem with a billet flamed rear view mirror I recently purchased from them. It turns out that Moss is stopping the sale of these mirrors until the manufacturer of this mirror (Trenz Co.) corrects the situation.

Im glad to hear someone else is having good news form Moss Motors.
Every MOD I have on my Cruiser has come from Moss.
They are always prompt on deliveries, and If you have any problem, they will take care of you. My son in law had a problem with his shortie antenna, they replaced it immediatly.
I had a problem with billing, no questions asked, just refunded and asked if they could do anything else for me.

Great customer service and beautiful catalogues.

Don't get no better'n that.

Moss is one of my customers (I think). I'll pass this along to them.I work in Customer Service at Hella, so it's nice to get kudos from time to time, rather than the usual alternative.

Don't get me wrong, Moss is a good company. But! You may want to shop around. Example Moss catolog "Rhino Ramps" $59.95. I just bought an identical set from PEP BOYS for $19.99 on sale, regular price was $24.99.
