Seamist Green is GONE forever???

While I had my wife's Jeep in for service today I was talking to the General Sales Manager at my dealership about paint colors for the PT Cruiser. Two-tone paint colors ($250 extra charge) are now available for individuals ordering cars. I mentioned that since I got my Seamist Green GT 4 1/2 months ago I have only seen one other car with this color on the road. Initially, when my dealer got one in it sold almost immediately. What I was told by the GSM (after checking his DC direct order computer menu) was that [u]SEAMIST GREEN is no longer available for the PT Cruiser</u> including the new convertible. This color paint may someday return but for now it is gone. He indicated that if DC decides not to offer this color again then this will increase the value of my car for trade-in and/or resale. Looks like I ended up with what has turned out to be a very "special" and rare color! [8D]

I wonder why they stopped that one? As I said before I didn't like it at first then after seeing yours Gary and new one for sale in New Hampshire I kind of liked it. I never ever saw another one and if they didn't put them out then they were never going to sell them. Take care of that baby!
