The annual "Most Obsessed" PT Cruiser enthusiast award

PToholics Anonymous was founded in 2001 in recognition of the increasing
numbers of extreme enthusiasts being attracted to the PT Cruiser
worldwide. We called them "PToholics"....so named as it seemed many
owners were "obsessed and addicted" with the car, modding, and the
social life of emerging internet forums and live events.

During 2001, PToholics Anonymous decided to start recognizing the PT
Cruiser enthusiasts who, by their personal involvement, impacted the PT
Cruiser enthusiast community in a big way. These folks would be called
the "Most Obsessed".

"Most Obsessed" PT Cruiser enthusiasts are those individuals who
volunteer to create the fun that PToholics crave. These folks are the
ones responsible for the "clubs" started, the "websites" we visit and
network, the "events" that bring enthusiasts and their cars together,
the "teambuilders and cheerleaders" who help expand the enthusiasm, the
"do'ers", the "movers and shakers", the "Most Obsessed".

The "Most Obsessed" do what they do because they're in love with the car
and the people who call themselves "enthusiasts". It's often a
thankless role, a hassle, a headache, and out-of-pocket costly but the
rewards of friendships created, challenges met, and success is a driving
force for return engagements. Our PT Cruiser community would not exist
if it were not for the "Most Obsessed", period.

The PToholics Anonymous "Most Obsessed" recognition is a one-of-a-kind
award that is offered by no one else and has been awarded to enthusiasts
across the United States, Canada, the UK, and Australia. It means very
little to the guy who just bought a PT and is unfamiliar with the PT
world that those before him have created. The award is our way of
saying "Thank You!" and it means alot to those who have received it.

PToholics Anonymous does not have a membership roll, has no dues, is
operated non-profit and cheaply as possible. If you want to be a member
of PToholics Anonymous...then be a PToholic and say you are one.

The 2004 Cruisin' Season "Most Obsessed" award nominations are being
evaluated now and will be announced throughout the year at events and on-line.....be

ok to yall i seem normal, to my friends and family I have issues with the car obsession. Usually when i tell em about a new mod or a new planned mod they just nod and say cool.
