I get it too, even using my blower on the nooks and crannies. Figured it was normal for this car... glad I live in sunny So Cal, use the blower to dry before the sun does...better than trying to melt the ice!

Water in the sills is normal, for that part is still outside the weatherstrip. I clean that area after I wash and dry the car and before I do the windows.

I get the same water spots/buildup in the door sills whenever I get caught in the rain! [8D]. But, I keep my cars extremely clean and knowing that water has gotten into the sills is just another reason to get in there and keep the whole area really clean, otherwisw I spend a lot of time on the outside and sometimes leave the inside alone.
I was just about to say the same exact thing.
I'm glad this happens cuz is just another reason to keep the door sills clean and nice, I'll rather have water and have to clean it than have dust build up and forget to do it.

mkyxd, welcome to the forum. Glad I don't have to deal with weather like that, just looking at that pic makes me cold.

Welcome to the forum, mkyxd. That picture just reminds me why I moved from Michigan to Florida.
