New PT owner
Just bought a 01' LTD cruiser. Added an optional 36/36 warrenty from a honda dealer for 1400. My cruiser has 45k mi. Has anyone experienced problems that would warrant such purchase?[8)]

Welcome PT Mack! 2 areas of concern - power sttering pumps and the auto trans might make you happy for the warranty. I'd suggest changing the auto tran fluid & filter (be sure it's ATF +4 or +5).
I have 70,000+ miles on mine w/no problems, others haven't been so lucky. ENJOY![?]

You have three business days to cancel the warranty contract. I would seriously consider not getting it and putting the $1400 with your cash reserves.

Welcome to Forum.I agree with Quicksilverdon. Change
tranny fluid and filter.Make sure to use AYF4 or 5. You are goinh to love your Cruiser.[^]
