How often should the tranny fluid be changed?

If you're using standard ATF4, and run it hard, like a lot of racing, hard-driving, etc., I would do a fluid and filter change once a year.
I plan on changing mine around April or May and going with Redline C+ full synthetic. I just need to find out the total capacity of the thing, including the cooling lines and torque convertor for a full flush and fill.

TripleJack, MX-5 mention it earlier and I believe it does mention a total flush.

Thanks, sounds like a tranny system flush and fill being part of the "spring tune up" is on order.

When I see the first Robin I will change the fluid, hows that for a maintenance schedule?
